The Bund (Wai Tan)
The Bund (Wai Tan) is one of the symbols of Shanghai. Located along the Huangpu River, the Bund shows off Shanghai’s outstanding foreign buildings, most of which were erected before 1937. To the Europeans, the Bund was Shanghai’s answer to Wall Street.

Shanghai World Financial Center
The Shanghai World Financial Center is a skyscraper located in the Pudong district of Shanghai. It is a mixed-use skyscraper, consisting of offices, hotels, conference rooms, observation decks, and ground-floor shopping malls. Park Hyatt Shanghai is the hotel component, with 174 rooms and suites. Occupying the 79th to the 93rd floors, it is the second-highest hotel in the world.

Yu Garden is a classical landscape in the Southern Chinese style, with over 400 years of history. Pavilions, halls, rockeries and ponds display the finest in landscaping from the Southern style as seen in the Ming and Qing dynasties.

Tianzifang
Tianzifang is a peaceful and quiet place to live, and an example of the preservation of old Shanghai’s local architecture. It’s also a good shopping area, known for its small craft stores and trendy art studios. The stores are small, but very characteristic. And when you’re tired, you can rest and have a drink at one of the many small cafes or bars.
